Radon is a radioactive gas that has been found in homes all over the United States.  It comes from the natural breakdown of uranium in soil, rock, and water under your homes foundation.  Radon moves up through the ground through cracks and holes in the foundation and gets into the air you breathe.  You cannot SEE, SMELL, or TASTE Radon.  The only way to check if Radon is a problem in your home is to have it tested.  The good news, Radon problems can be fixed once identified.
